Thank you for choosing KAPPA Fashion Store. We strive to offer fast and reliable delivery services for all your apparel orders. Below are our shipping guidelines.

1. Delivery Locations

We provide nationwide shipping across India. We also offer international shipping to selected regions. Standard local delivery constraints and dispatch guidelines apply.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout:

• Domestic Shipping (India): Free standard delivery on all orders.
• International Shipping: Flat fee of ₹1500 for overseas packaging and air shipment.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch Times

All orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email or phone if there is a significant delay in shipment.

4. Delivery Estimates

Once dispatched, estimated delivery windows are as follows:

• South India (including Kerala & Tamil Nadu): 2-4 business days.
• Rest of India: 4-7 business days.
• International Shipping: 7-14 business days.

5. Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking ID once your order has been dispatched. You can check the current transit status of your package using the Order Tracking section in your account profile dashboard.
